We've been attempting to receive a handful of items each day. We are super limited to what we can accommodate during this lockdown but we do want the new arrivals to keep rolling in. Unfortunately, just not on the high volume scale scenario that you are used to seeing.

We are NOT a big box store so we know you know we have limitations. We also realize there has been a great deal of confusion but I'm here now to resolve all of that. We have heard you and we're doing our best.

I was grateful to have my Covid vaccination yesterday. I was so impressed by the organization and awesome smiles of everyone at the Toronto Congress Centre who greeted me, informed me and then kept a close eye on me after it was accomplished. A real sense of team spirit is alive and well there.

Here we go again ... We get it and we certainly understand the gravity of this province wide lockdown.
